Surkoat, Antique Liquid Release is a bubble gum scented colorless liquid release agent specially formulated as a bond breaker between freshly poured concrete and decorative tools such as stamp mats, texture skins, stencils, etc. It creates a lubricating barrier that extends the life of the texturing tools by decreasing the friction between the concrete and the tools. Antique Liquid Release evaporates leaving no residue behind, meaning less clean up and labor cost. This characteristic makes it perfect for both exterior and interior applications.

surfkoat Resin Bond is a concentrated acrylic polymer admixture resin designed for cement based products and as a binder for coatings over cement substrates. Resin Bond offers improved flow and good workability with cement products. It has good open time and provides excellent adhesion and water resistance, in both interior and exterior applications. Resin Bond exceeds bond strength requirements per ASTM C-1059 91 Standard Specification For Latex Bonding Agents.

surfkoat Surf-Grip is a micronized polymer specially designed for added grip, slight loss of gloss, and fine texturing in solvent based acrylic concrete coatings, paints, etc. Because of Surf-Grips high solvent resistance and very low oil absorption, it will stir into solvent based acrylic coatings easily without noticeably changing the sealers viscosity. Suspension is a key characteristic of Surf-Grip due to its low density, even in very low viscosity coatings.

Surface Aid is made up of a strong blend of aromatic and ketone solvents and surfactants. It is used to restore heavily coated existing solvent based acrylic concrete sealers that have started to soften, fade, peel, crack, delaminate, and deteriorate. Surface Aid also clears up white spots or blushing due to moisture content issues. Surface Aid melts the heavily coated existing solvent based acrylic concrete sealer, and helps restore the original appearance without adding more acrylic to allow the sealer to wear off naturally over time without stripping the existing bulk of the coating

Surkoat Balance is a superior blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives which create a solution unmatched in the industry. Balance neutralizes Acid Stains and acid based prep and cleaning products used on concrete, such as muriatic acid. A concrete surface with a neutral pH level is required for coatings to properly adhere to the concretes' surface. Balance neutralizes the surface, and also contains a special additive which results in excellent coating adhesion, and enhanced acid stain applications.

Surf Film is light purple in color to allow for easy identification of applied areas and to ensure appropriate uniform coverage. Surfkoat Matte 50 is an easy to use, pourable, concentrated liquid Matting Agent Additive for post addition to solvent based acrylic sealers to reduce gloss levels. Universal Antimicrobial Additive is a liquid additive for most film forming sealers and coatings to protect against organic growth on the coated or sealed surface. It has superior resistance to bacteria, molds & algae as well as weather resistance for long term protection. Universal Antimicrobial Additive can be added to any SurfKoat sealer or coating with the exception of MCU 55 and MCU 85 No Odor.
