NEW Lithium 100 - an environmentally friendly, VOC free, lithium silicate concrete floor densifier, hardener, and sealer. Lithium 100 is designed to penetrate untreated, bare concrete surfaces providing a perma-nent glossy, dust proof floor. Lithium 100 reacts quickly with the floor surface to produce initial and ulit-mate hardness. Lithium 100 shows great effectiveness when used in conjunction with a floor polishing machine, yielding a highly protected, hardened, and densified floor. Technical Data Sheet
NEW SK Polish Guard - a copolymer blend of high gloss sealer and high performance lithium silicate densifier. SK Polish Guard is designed to give standard concrete surfaces beautiful sheen while providing improved resistance to stains and increased surface hardness. A concrete surface that has been treated with SK Polish Guard will substantially increase resistance to surface abrasion, water damage, and attacks from chemicals. SK Polish Guard enhances natural grey, colored, and stained concrete surfaces alike while eliminating the need for additional maintenance treatments such as floor wax or polish. Technical Data Sheet

Resin Bond - an acrylic polymer admixture resin designed for cement based products and as a binder for coatings over cement substrates. Resin Bond offers improved flow and good workability with cement products. It has good open time and provides excellent adhesion and water resistance, in both interior and exterior applications. Balance - a superior blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives which create a solution unmatched in the industry. Balance neutralizes residues left from acid based stains and other acid based products used on concrete for cleaning and preparing purposes, such as muriatic acid. A concrete surface with a neutral pH is required for pretty much all coatings to properly adhere to the substrate. Balance does neutralize the surface, but also contains a special additive which not only results in excellent coating adhesion, but enhances acid stain applications. Technical Data Sheet
Surf-Grip - a micronized polymer specially designed for added grip, slight loss of gloss, and fine texturing in solvent based acrylic concrete coatings, paints, etc. Because of Surf-Grip's high solvent resistance and very low oil absorption, it will stir into solvent based acrylic coatings easily without noticeably changing the sealers viscosity. Suspension is a key characteristic of Surf-Grip due to it's low density, even in very low viscosity coatings. Surf-Grip comes in three sizes, ultra fine and fine for lighter grip applications, and coarse for heavy grip applications. Technical Data Sheet
